  • Where do you ship?

    We ship pretty much everywhere. Rodeos (much like circuses) need to travel, we know that better than anyone. We cover North and South America, the EU, Australia and parts of Asia (not you Liechtenstein, you have super weird e-commerce laws we cant figure out).

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they get a logo branded, serial number stamped and leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. We promise to do our best, but at the end of the day, UPS, FedEx and The USPS are like tossing a coin sometimes.

  • What items are eligible for return?

    All Rodeo Dice products are eligible for return within 60 days of their delivery date. Try your best to have all of the original dice and board, but if you're missing one or two dice, it''s cool, we'll look the other way.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

    Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 60 days of the date on which they were purchased.
